The college has been considering ways to reduce its spending with the least impact to students and staff. One idea has been to reduce the college's printing costs. The most expensive piece the college prints is the college catalog. Published every two years, the catalog is a book that contains all the key information about the college and a description of every single class. The college also spends quite a bit to print the quarterly class schedule. It contains descriptions of all the classes offered in a quarter. It comes out for fall, winter, spring, summer, and early fall and is printed on newsprint. I say online all the time. printed ones become old news fast. nowadays printing so much is just wasteful.
