If you have any artwork you would like to share with us, any artsy tricks, or even if you just want to blab about anything art-related please, pleaaaase feel free to post it on a discussion! I'm really eager to see other people's stuff and no one has really posted anything yet. It would be cool if we could get this thing going since it's been around for a while now and is still relatively quiet.

I am the new faculty adviser for the college literary/arts magazine, Between the Lines, and I want to invite you to join the new ning group for BTL.
I am hoping to find students with interests in writing and/or art and/or publishing to sign up for the Humanities 235: Publications class for Winter 2009, so please email me if you have any questions about the class (or about Between the Lines in general). You get 5 credits for your Humanities distribution (or for electives) if you take this class--and the purpose of the class is to design, edit, and publish the college literary/arts magazine!
We are now accepting submissions of art and writing for the 2009 issue of BTL, and you can email your submissions to btl@edcc.edu.

Comment by Yin on October 8, 2008 at 10:17am - I didn't realize that the chemicals used for developing B&W photos were not environmentally friendly. I am surprise we do not have chemicals we can use so we may capture the beauty of nature without harming it.
