I am 39 and a mother of a 10 year old; I do not go out and do much that is exciting (lol) besides service-learning. Downtown Seattle, Pioneer Square is fun. I think Bellevue tends to be more classy type night life.
I know people like Chopsticks, dueling piano bar, there is one in Everett, also...but I do not recommend Everett. I am sure there are people who can assist you in this better than I--Good luck and have fun!
